The hotel is in a decent location with access to Hyde Park, but my experience was marred by cleanliness issues and outdated room conditions. The staff were friendly, yet service felt inattentive, especially during busy times. Overall, it seems the hotel doesn't quite live up to its four-star rating, and I wouldn't return based on my stay.
